Returns

Products may be eligible for return when they are unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging, subject to our applicable return conditions and consumer rights.

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, fragrances, oils, cosmetics and personal-care products that have been opened, used, sprayed, tested, unsealed or otherwise tampered with may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate.

Once verified, we will assist with an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns, where offered, must meet the applicable return conditions. Products must remain unused, unopened and in resalable condition with their original packaging intact.

Delivery charges may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns except where required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Products

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or handed to the delivery provider, cancellation may no longer be possible.
